Established in 2015, The Ansen Place specializes in long-term accommodations, prioritizing a unique and personalized experience for our guests. 

In response to the challenges posed by Covid-19, we expanded into short-term rentals in 2020, a decision that proved highly beneficial. 

Our ongoing developments include the addition of a restaurant, fitness center, and more exquisite units. Despite having fewer units compared to competitors, we ensure prompt assistance via phone or WhatsApp.

With a dedicated small team and top-tier contractors and support personnel, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our service.
